LJS Are Totally Green!

Lymington Junior’s project was a summary of all of the brilliant work that goes on in and around the school grounds, including vegetable growing, caring for birds, the wormery that is used for creating compost from food waste and the pupils’ efforts to reduce waste across the school.  Accompanying a large folder of work, there was an excellent video in which some of the children guided the viewer around the school’s environmental areas.

YPTE Director, Peter Littlewood, said: “The children of Lymington Junior School have really got the idea about trying to live more sustainably and it’s thanks to the efforts being made at the school.  This project really stood out for us, with some potential TV presenters of the future featuring in their video!”
